  • Place your thumb on your nose and move straightly between the eyes.

  • When your thumb is far from your face then focus on the objects behind the thumb.
  • Again bring it back to the original place and do it continuously 10 times.

Smooth Pursuit Stimulus

To stabilize movement on visual targets in the retina, you can do this eye exercise easily with the help of a pen and a friend.

  • Keep your head steady
  • Request your friend to move a pen from right to left or left to right.
  • Keep your focus on the pen when it is moving.
  • You have to repeat this exercise 10 times a day.

Improving your control over the physical movement of your eyes can be achieved by making the figure eight motion with them.

  • Choose the finger and look at the fingernail while drawing figure eight at your eye level.
  • Maintain the focus on the finger with both eyes.
  • Ensure to keep the finger in the margin of your face.
  • If you face any dizziness or nausea, give yourself a second for resting your eyes.
  • Do it for 30 seconds and change the directions.
