This chapter is about the spring season and different festivals celebrated in the country during that season. In this chapter, Rishi is travelling from Jammu to his mama and mami’s village. In the village, he sees many flowers like roses, marigolds and hibiscus and a new kind of flower, Tulips. He learns about the Kashmir Tulip festival.
Rishi tell his cousins about a spring festival celebrated by his family in which they place mustard and buransh flowers at the doorstep of each home.
